- Yes, MeIn operates and delivers our products in North America.

- Yes, all our products are authentic and courced from reputable wholesalers in Korea. Some items may have slight packaging variations if brands have updated their designs, as wholesalers may still supply previous versions.

  • Can I refund / exchange an item?

  • What if I had an allergic reaction?

- At MeIn, we encourage customers to review all product ingredients and details carefully before purchasing, especially if you have allergies or other specific concerns. If you're uncertain about a product’s suitability, please consult a healthcare professional for guidance.


- However, in the event of an allergic reaction, we evaluate each case individually. Please email us at meinkbeauty.official@gmail.com with your order number, product(s), and any supporting evidence of the reaction to help us resolve the issue.

  • Will you get more colours / shade ranges?

- Our primary focus is on essential skincare products, so we currently do not offer color or shade-specific items on our website. However, we do provide a personalized order service!   • Do you ship express?

- Express shipping is available at $19.99 excluding Yukon and the Territories.

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping standards can take up to 3-10 business days. Expedited shipping can take up to 2-5 business days. Please checking the shipping policy for further details.

  • Will you be selling Korean suncreens?

  • Do you allow for local pick ups?
